The aim of this study was to compare the resistance pattern of thermophilic Campylobacter spp. isolated from both conventional and backyard poultry farms in Rio de Janeiro State and establish any differences.
A total of 70 Campylobacter spp. strains isolated from four conventional and four backyard poultry farms, located in four cities in the state of Rio de Janeiro, were analysed in 2016 and 2017.
