Control diet: 16.5 ppm copper, 165 ppm zinc. Copper and zinc diet: 125 ppm copper and 3000 ppm zinc (2000 ppm after 14 days). AMR+ isolates are those that were positive for the tcrB gene (PCR). Data represent sampling week 5.
