A total number of 40 individual stalls were selected atrandom within eight districts in Selangor. Three wet-markets were selected in every district, out ofwhich five different stalls were recruited to represent adistrict area. At each stall, six representative sampleswere obtained, which consisted of four broiler chickenmeats (breast, keel, wing and thigh) and two swabs(weighing scale and cutting board/instrument). A questionnaire was developed as an instrument togather information and data for the risk factors analysis.
