P3 (8-wk-old cohort, sampled after 3 wks of AMU) P1 (6-wk-old cohort, sampled after 1 wk of AMU). Metaphylactic treatment with trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole as medicated fodder, 15–30 mg active substance/1 kg body weight/day, to post-weaning piglets.
